Brand Journal and its services are provided by Invictus Communications (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa.

Services and payment

Each service page states the full price, what is included, what is paid separately, how payment works and when the work is delivered. Prices for the global edition are in United States dollars and for the South Africa edition in rand. Advertising budgets are paid by clients directly to the platforms.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit covers the work already done, and anything delivered is yours to keep. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act are not affected.

Codes we follow

We follow the Code of Advertising Practice of South Africa's Advertising Regulatory Board and, for alcohol retailers, the alcohol industry code of conduct on marketing.
